This beautiful cottage home with an open plan kitchen and living room space and is situated just a two minute walk from the front door to the gorgeous white powdery sands of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. IRB is a 3 mile stretch of beach which is located just a few miles south of Clearwater Beach (rated the #6 beach in the US for 2022), but IRB does not have any of the crazy tourist nonsense of the packed Clearwater Beach. IRB is a quiet residential beach town community. There are no hotels located on the beach and it's a sleepy island beach community, away from all of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to Clearwater if you want to hang out with the crowds
Sandy Toes Cottage is an all new and completely remodeled vacation beach house. Every inch of this private duplex home has been tastefully renovated & decorated to give you a luxurious vacation retreat. With all new furniture throughout, this house boasts a bright and airy open plan kitchen, living and dining space, sizable bedroom and spa-like bathroom.
A large private backyard with a hammock and bikes (back yard is shared with Sandy Feet Cottage), Sandy Toes Cottages has its own private patio with relaxing chairs, fire pit and BBQ grill and is just a 2 minute walk to the beach, local restaurants, bars, and shops. We supply EVERYTHING you need for the beach including chairs, umbrella, cooler and a handy beach wagon. Additionally the property has just had a brand new state of the art, water softener installed for your convenience

This house was perfect for our family of 6. The backyard kept the kids occupied when we weren’t out doing activities. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay and the beach. Very close to the beach and a quick drive to Clearwater. We would definitely stay here again.
